**Client Executive - Financial Lines (Global & Corporate)**
Due to positive growth within the business, we are on the hunt for a dynamic
**Client Executive** to join our team in Sydney. Working within the Financial Services team broking Global Corporate clients, you will work alongside and learn from an experienced group of individuals that will ensure you have a long and successful career within Aon.
Our goal is to engage clients and provide a consultative service that allows us to maintain and add value to the portfolio.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon offices.

**What the day will look like**
You will be responsible for:
- Taking to market a portfolio of Global Corporate clients and supporting senior brokers on more complex placements
- Providing market insights and placement strategies to clients and colleagues
- Providing a high level of client service to enable effective client relationship management
- Gathering client information to enable renewal negotiations
- Achieving budgeted revenue for retention, and growth on existing and new business
- Attend client meetings to maintain and build relationships, articulate Aon’s go to market strategy, present renewal terms and seize cross-selling opportunities,
- Developing solutions to result in improved client outcomes and retention,

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
This position requires a driven and experienced self-starter who possesses strong analysis and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you will have the following:
- Experience within the insurance industry or a Degree Qualification
- A sound understanding of a broad range of commercial General Insurance products
- Exceptional client relationship management capabilities with first class communication & presentation skills
- Comfortable working in a high pressure professional environment
- Solid planning and organisational skills with a strong work ethic
- A collaborative individual with a team focused approach.
