Looking for an Experienced Administrator to be responsible for providing and overseeing administration services as a Personnel Security Advisor.

Location: Phillip ACT

Start Date: 13/02/2023

Contract: 12 month contract

Pay Rate: $45 per hour plus super

MUST have Negative Vetting Level 1 Clearance to be considered.

**The Administrator (Experienced) will be responsible for the following, but not limited to**:

- Supervise administrative staff, monitor their work loads and divide responsibilities to ensure performance at the Client's office;
- Provide direction in the planning and implementation of the Client's administrative policies and practices, ensuring that the outcomes are aligned to, and supportive of the Client's objectives;
- Provide advice and support to senior management, responding to and actioning directions;
- May have input to, or undertake tasks associated with, improvement to office systems or processes;
- Managing complaints, queries and problems from relevant stakeholders using a high degree of interpersonal skills (including escalations from less experienced Administrators); and
- May interpret the Client's policies, rules, guidelines or instructions to resolve more complex problems;
- Attending and participating in executive or organizational meetings, including by taking minutes as required;
- Ability to prepare financial or tax schedules, calculate costings, wage or salary requirements;
- Ability to complete personnel or payroll data for authorization and reconcile accounts to balance; and

Any other duties incidental to the above.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Relevant experience in high paced administration work;
- Demonstrated high level skills in the management of resources and priorities in the area of administration;
- Have strong attention to detail, computer planning skills to manage multiple priorities;
- Supervises and manage workloads of less experienced Administrators (or similar) and able to provide constructive feedback in relation to the quality of their work; and
- Confidentially presents messages in a clear, concise and articulate manner to all level of internal staff and external clients, including senior management.
