**Essential Qualifications and Experience**:

- **BJJ Belt Rank**: Must be ranked at least a first-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
- **Gracie Barra ICP Certification**: Must be certified through the Gracie Barra Instructor Certification Program.
- **BJJ Lineage Verification**: Applicants must provide verification of their BJJ lineage to ensure authenticity and adherence to the sport's traditions.
- **First Aid and CPR/AED Certification**: Current certification in First Aid and CPR/AED is required to ensure the safety and well-being of our students.
- **NSW Working With Children Check**: A current NSW Working With Children Check is mandatory for all applicants to ensure a safe environment for our young students.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 4 years of related teaching experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for both kids and adults is required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training programs for various skill levels.
- Provide high-quality instruction that is in line with Gracie Barra principles.
- Manage the overall Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program, including scheduling, curriculum development, and instructor oversight.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and supportive training environment for all students.
- Availability to work on Saturdays is a must.
