The role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Office Services Assistant to join our Perth Facilities and Office Services (FOS) team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key responsibilities

This is a varied and hands-on role which will see you assist with the daily operations of the Perth office. Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:
- the photocopying, printing, binding and scanning documents;- the collection, processing, and distribution of incoming mail and courier deliveries;- the management of stationery stock;- reception & switchboard responsibilities;- processing booking requests via our room booking system EMS;- assisting with other duties within the Operations department as and when required.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent;- 12 months experience in a similar administration position (highly desired);- Strong oral and written communication skills;- The ability to manage a high volume of work and pick up new tasks quickly;- Excellent attention to detail;- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as Adobe Acrobat functionality; and- A polished and professional approach, aligned to a corporate law firm environment.

You will also be a positive, proactive, friendly individual with a desire to provide exceptional customer service. Please note that this role has a physical element and manual handling will be required in this role.

The Facilities and Office Services team

The Facilities and Office Services group is part of our Operations Department at Clayton Utz. The services provided by this group varies between offices but includes copying and printing, mailroom, records and archives, and stationery.
