**about THE ROLE**:
This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for accurately completing various tasks, including services invoicing (PS and MRR), payroll, and accounts receivable. Other accounting tasks may be required from time to time to fulfill monthly accounting functions and other administrative duties such as answering phones and handling accounting inquiries.

**In this role, you’ll be responsible for a variety of accounting and administrative tasks, including**:

- Invoicing
- CSP/NCE Margin analysis
- Payroll Preparation and Reconciliation
- State payroll taxes and related Payroll tax returns
- Accounting and management of Workers Compensation actuals and estimates for each state
- Accounts Receivable collection
- Customer Statements: Issue customer statements and manage customer inquiries.
- Credit Notes and Adjustments: Raise credit notes or adjustments as approved.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:
**T**o be a great fit, you’ll have**:

- Minimum 5 Years’ Experience: Demonstrated experience in payroll, invoicing, and receivables.
- Education: TAFE or University qualifications in bookkeeping.
- Microsoft Excel: Intermediate to advanced skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Attention to Detail.
- Prioritisation and Multi-tasking.
- Time Management.
- Problem-solving Skills.
