Parks Victoria is currently seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join their team

**About the role**:
As the Procurement Coordinator, you will provide support to the procurement function by offering procurement advice and administrative services, as well as reporting to Parks Victoria. This is to ensure that Parks Victoria meets its procurement requirements and exceeds them where possible. You also be responsible for keeping track of the Procurement Register and providing regular reports on its progress, managing data, and conducting spend analysis, while also contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

**We're looking for someone with**:

- Assist the procurers and work with the Procurement Lead to action queries.
- Administrative management of the Procurement Register to ensure the accuracy of data input and quarterly reporting.
- Plan internal procurement assurance activities and prioritise tasks to achieve procurement compliance and performance targets.
- Provides advice and guidance on the use of Procurement platforms - Buying for Victoria; Vendor Panel; Industrial Capability Network (ICN)/Victoria Management Center (VMC).
