**About the role**

Join our dedicated Pre-Analytical Services team and make a meaningful impact on patient care and diagnostic excellence. As a Pre-Analytical Operational Services Officer, you will provide high-level customer service to patients during phlebotomy, specimen collection, and administrative duties, ensuring every interaction supports quality healthcare outcomes. You'll be responsible for managing specimens in the pre-analytical stage, including receiving, sorting, and preparing them for analysis, while maintaining strict storage and transportation conditions to safeguard their integrity.

Whether you're starting your career in an OPS1 role with comprehensive training and close supervision or contributing independently at the OPS2 level, this position offers opportunities to grow your skills and expertise. **About you**

Multiple positions available within the NALHN Catchment (MODBURY & LMH)
Hospital Ward Work is essential, and applicants must be available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays when required.
