Biggin & Scott North, a prominent real estate agency in Epping, seeks a dedicated and experienced **Accounts Manager** to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in managing the financial operations and administrative functions of our busy real estate office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.
- Handle payroll processing and superannuation
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the department.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role within the real estate industry.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB).
- Proficient in real estate software (e.g., Property Tree, MRI Vault).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Real estate industry experience is highly desirable.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
