About the role

You will be accountable for driving a well-managed operational culture within your designated district by supporting and role modelling excellence in areas such as risk & compliance behaviours, resource management and embedding of change initiatives. You will be the point of contact for branches while helping to embed best practice and focus on process efficiencies. You will drive accountability amongst branches to ensure agreed business objectives including FTE/cost targets are met. In this position you will investigate, resolve and identify trends in branch feedback loop complaints and create an environment that enables customers to receive quality service.

**Role Type**: Permanent, Full Time

What will you bring?

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Lead and influence a large geographically dispersed team and manager other managers

Manage change in differing environments including cascading this type of information to large teams

Ability to manage and influence a range of stakeholders that may hold different priorities

Experience in recruitment and workforce management/optimisation

Strong self-motivation, drive and initiative with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to build and maintain strong staff satisfaction and engagement
