**Hey You**:
The Supported Residential Services Outreach and Assistance Program Worker (SRS OAP Worker) will contribute to the accurate and timely reporting on fund utilisation which fall in line with the SRS OAP program guidelines developed by the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH).

This is a part time opportunity, 0.5 FTE located in Geelong, VIC

**Some of your key responsibilities**:

- **Policies**: In consultation with the Outreach Team Leader, ensure the Department’s practices are fully compliant with and adhere to all legislative requirements and the genU policies and procedures
- **Guidelines**: Administer the program in line with the SRS OAP program guidelines as developed by the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH)
- **Reports**:Provide regular, timely and informative reports on the performance of all services delivered and activities undertaken by the DFFH
- **Budget**: Assist the Manager to ensure that the program budgets are managed in a cost effective a timely way to minimise overspending

**About You**:
**To be successful in this role it is a requirement that you have**:

- Proven time management and goal setting skills with the ability to effectively manage time and projects, set priorities, plan and organise work in an environment of conflicting changing demands.
- Demonstrated analytical skills in relation to:

- Preparation of reports and other written material
- Preparation of budgets and financial plans, to ensure the full expenditure of such plans within SRS OAP Guidelines in a timely manner.

**You will also meet the following essential requirements**:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current NDIS Working With Children’s Check
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate
