**About the role**:
We currently have a permanent part time position in East Geelong available, for 40.5 hours per fortnight. In the capacity of a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting, covering tasks such as personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.

**At Gateways we work on a fortnightly, Week 1/ Week 2 roster, our work weeks run Thursday to Wednesday. Roster details are below**:
**Week 1**
Thursday: 6:30am - 9:30am & 2:45pm - 8:45pm

Friday: 6:30am - 9:30am & 2:45pm - 6:30pm

**Week 2**
Thursday: 7am - 9:30am & 3pm - 10pm & Sleepover

Friday: 6:30am - 9am

Saturday: 2:45pm - 8:45pm

Monday: 6:30am - 9:30am & 2:45pm - 6:30pm
