We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to join a reputable organization and oversee a small Residential Aged Care & Home Care portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take charge of maintaining and enhancing quality standards.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with industry regulations and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with the Quality & Education Coordinator to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to guidelines and best practices.
- Drive a culture of excellence in quality and compliance throughout the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in auditing and accreditations within the Aged Care industry.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
