- 256628Our client is seeking an ICT Service Desk professional to join their team and provide support for their information technology and communication infrastructure. This is a contract role and is based in their Canberra office.
- Work under established priorities and methodologies to identify, assess, and resolve ICT incidents and problems for clients.
- Undertake ICT moves, adds, and changes for clients.
- Provide assistance to key customer groups to ensure effective delivery of projects and events.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Demonstrated knowledge in implementing, supporting, and operating ICT hardware, software, and multimedia in a corporate environment, including exhibition and event areas.
- Experience in system administration activities, including support for Microsoft Windows desktops, Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, Office 365, printers, and multimedia devices.
- Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work in a small team under direction in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships and manage diverse stakeholders.
- High-level customer service skills and the ability to monitor and ensure the quality of customer service activities.
