We are seeking motivated individuals to work independently one-on-one with clients and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement**: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and decluttering and organising living spaces that may affected by hoarder and squalor.

**Independent Work**: Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and work independently with clients, ensuring efficient and effective clearing processes while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with fellow team members to support in overcoming challenges related to hoarding and squalor situations.

**Communication Skills**: Possess excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients, address concerns, and provide guidance throughout the decluttering process.

**Motivation and Negotiation**:Stay motivated in challenging situations, employing effective negotiation skills to encourage clients to make necessary decisions for their living spaces.

**Regular Domestic Assistance**:Assist with regular domestic tasks to help maintain a clean and organised living environment for our clients.

**Requirements**:
**Communication Skills**:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

**Motivation**:Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to inspire others.

**Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills to navigate challenging situations with empathy and understanding.

**Reliability**:Able to commit to scheduled services and great time management

**Professionalism**:Adhere to company policies and procedures, demonstrating a commitment to high standards of conduct and service.

**Flexibility**: Able to adapt to various work environments and client needs.

**Certificates and Skills**: Cleaning experience preferred.

NSW Police Check is essential.

Drivers License and Own Vehicle Required.

Position Type: Casual

Above award rate

Travel throughout the Central Coast and Newcastle is a requirement of the job.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

**Benefits**:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
