**About the team**

The Brand and Marketing branch creates engaging end-to-end campaigns and strategies to drive behaviour change, improve safety, save lives on our roads and waterways, encourage public transport use, connect communities, and deliver the transport solutions of the future. We are brave thinkers and great listeners, who do creative, agile work in partnership with Transport’s divisions. **The Opportunity**

Right now, we have an exciting Fixed Term Full-Time opportunity till 26/12/2025 for a Manager, Marketing to join the Brand and Marketing team based at Elizabeth Street Office.

We work in a hybrid way, a mixture of working from home, on-site and in the office and we offer flexible working arrangements with lots of benefits.

If successful, you will be responsible for developing and delivering end to end marketing and communication campaigns for the new Sydney and South-West Metro, a key infrastructure project that will deliver a new mode of transport for the people of NSW.

This role will own end-to-end marketing for the Sydney and South-West Metro project by delivering all phases of the marketing strategy, managing relevant stakeholder and agency relationships, owning the project budget, and providing reporting to the broader Transport for NSW business.

**What you will be involved in**:

- Ensure the effective delivery of campaigns and messaging across multiple channels (owned and paid) in collaboration with other project teams, based on an agreed schedule of activity.
- Manage campaign asset production, ensuring all marketing campaigns have consistent messaging and align to branding guidelines, visual identity and protocols.
- Engage and manage agencies responsible for campaign delivery, including but not limited to media and creative agencies, and ensure all marketing and advertising activity is compliant with the Government Advertising Act.
- Deliver reporting communications tailored to specific audiences, from stakeholders to Finance and Project teams and Executive Management.

**About You**
- We are looking for highly collaborative team players with a proven track record in the development, delivery and management of marketing strategies and projects that positively engage and inspire the many and diverse audiences of Transport for NSW.
- Ideally you will have a Marketing and advertising background and prior knowledge of the Government Advertising Act.
- Prior experience with infrastructure project launches will be highly regarded.
- You build relationships easily, and your ability to work with multiple stakeholders while navigating competing demands, deadlines and priorities is unquestioned. You maintain a strong work ethic, coupled with previous experience in a similar environment, you are aware of the political sensitivities and confidential nature of what you do.
- You have a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and solid experience operating in a complex customer-centric fast-paced environment.
- Along with being tertiary qualified in communications/marketing (or relevant and equivalent professional experience), you will be self-motivated and decisive - able to work autonomously and under direction.

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary for this position is Transport Service Grade 9 ($142,178 - $159,238) per ann
