- Full time, Part time and Casual arrangement available (20 to 38/hrs).
- Opportunity to work overtime shifts as required during the peak periods of the year (Feb-April, Oct-Dec).
- Pay: FWA award rate and above depending on skill level ($28.80- $35.00/hour) + 11% Superannuation.

**The successful applicant needs to**:

- Be passionate about food.
- Good communication skills and demonstrates initiative.
- Ability to multitask, manage time and work in a fast pace environment.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in their work.
- Experience working in a butcher or kitchen environment is preferred but not essential.

**Duties**:

- Sausage making, trimming and netting hams.
- Firing up and monitoring smokehouses.
- Monitoring quality, batching and labelling goods.
- Assisting in other areas of the business when necessary eg. Wholesale packing, cleaning, etc.
