Our client brings the best quality brands of cryovac meats from around Australia to our clients whom consist of butchers shops, supermarkets, catering, hotels and restaurant suppliers and smallgoods operators.

They are seeking a talented Butcher to play a key role in delivering the finest quality meat to our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proven experience in butchery, showcasing your advanced skills and knowledge in meat preparation and presentation
- Demonstrated expertise with a knife, ensuring precision and finesse in all cuts and preparations
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team towards delivering exceptional results
- Passion for quality and a keen eye for detail in all aspects of the butchery process
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all customers

**Skills**:

- Formal certification or qualification in butchery or a related field
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a butchery environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards within a butchery setting
