**About the role**:
Reporting to our Marketing Manager, Troocoo is seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and highly organised Marketing & Creative Coordinator to support the delivery of all brand and marketing activities in line with the overall brand strategy for 2023 and beyond.

This role will be responsible for managing all content creation, including design, copywriting, videography, and photography, to ensure that the customer experience aligns with the Troocoo brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Tell the world about Troocoo with creative content from compelling articles and engaging social media posts to using well-crafted audio and visual content to promote the brand.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of content marketing campaigns and projects from topic research, content development and distribution, and tracking and reporting the effectiveness of your output.
- Create all artwork to brand standard - reviewing initial requests, creating artwork, proofing of each draft, liaising with requestor for final approval.
- Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as required.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate marketing materials.
- Manage our external design agency with overflow design requests, and work with our external videographer and photographers on special projects and regular content refreshes.
- Advise and collaborate with internal stakeholders on content to improve their personal brand.

**About you**:

- The position would suit someone who has had previous experience in a marketing and design hybrid role, with skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, a passion for content marketing and 2-3 years’ experience in a relevant field.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva Pro, and MS Suite. Video editing experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Knowledge of design theory and practices, including layouts, typography, composition, and print industry practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating content for various channels including social media, blogs, and websites.
- A natural ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you collaborate with a team of driven, fun, and ambitious people.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work with multiple internal stakeholders, and meet conflicting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate creative initiative and a strong attention to detail.
