We're looking for a great, truly outstanding Purchasing & Stores Officer for Crystalbrook Byron. Nestled in 45-acres of magical subtropical rainforest, Crystalbrook Byron is a celebration of nature, responsible luxury accommodation and the local environment.

This position reports directly to our General Manager and Finance Manager and works closely with our Head of Departments. The Purchasing and Stores Officer is responsible for the day-to-day procurement activity and store management. You will proactively lead and co-ordinate all procurement, requisition, delivery and storage for our outlets and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective recording of data and inventory levels. You will also foster supplier relationships and utilise your effective communication skills to improve commercial terms and negotiate contracts.

**Your many talents will include**:
We are seeking a proactive individual with previous experience in a similar role who can demonstrate a strong understanding of stores and logistics. Any previous experience in hospitality or tourism will be advantageous although not critical.

You will naturally display strong organisational skills and be motivated to improve processes and procedures. Equally, you are seeking a development opportunity where your ambition and curious nature will be fostered in an environment where your contribution will be valued and recognised.
