This role will be to assist the smooth running as a part of the facility's management service. Being the first point of contact, this role will be responsible for multiple duties.
A brief summary of the responsibilities and duties are:
- Greeting and checking in clients and guests
- Answering and directing all incoming calls
- Management of reception and inbox
- Accepting and organising deliveries
- Maintaining a tidy reception
- Ad-hoc admin
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Be a team player
- Experience using Microsoft Office
