**About the Role**:
At Green Options, we are a professional landscape management company known for creating and maintaining prestigious grounds, including some of Australia's most high-end landscaped gardens. We are currently seeking a hands-on Team Leader to join our team in Salisbury.

As a Team Leader at Green Options, you will have the opportunity to lead a small team in delivering quality gardening maintenance services. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and improving gardens and lawns, ensuring high standards are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and maintain green spaces.
- Implement horticultural best practices for plant care.
- Collaborate with the Site Manager to enhance campus aesthetics.
- Conduct regular assessments of plant health and landscape conditions.
- Provide recommendations for landscaping improvements.

**About You**:

- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens (desirable).
- Valid manual drivers' license.
- Relevant experience in plant care and landscaping.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
