**Senior Multi-State Manager**

We are thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Multi-State Manager to join a dynamic team at a leading retailer. As the Multi-State Manager, you will have a strategic role in overseeing the operations and driving the success of multiple store locations across different states. This is position is suitable for those with senior Regional & National Manager experience in fast-paced retail settings.
You will be responsible for managing a team of Store Managers, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a pivotal role in this organisation, offering immense growth potential and the opportunity to make a significant impact.
**Skills & Experience**
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Proven experience as a Multi-State Manager or similar role within the retail industry, preferably in a large format or high turnover retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive operational efficiency and optimize store performance.
- Solid understanding of large format retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across different levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights to identify opportunities and develop action plans.
- Proven ability to implement and execute company policies, procedures, and initiatives consistently across multiple store locations.
- Flexibility to travel between store locations and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment.
