Our client is a leading distributor of irrigation products who are looking for an experienced and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join their busy team in Canning Vale.

**About the role**

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for the following:

- Entering invoice data in the computer system (QAD/MFG) with correct values, invoice dates and payment due dates to ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time
- Processing staff expense reimbursements (checking receipts, GST, GL coding and vouchering)
- Liaising with managers to obtain the necessary approvals and accurate GL coding of invoices
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve any queries
- Reconciling supplier statements to data in our computer system QAD/MFG
- Processing weekly, monthly and ad-hoc payments

**To be successful, you will possess the following**:

- Experience in accounts processing using either QAD, SAP or other major ERP’s.
- Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong office administration and time management skills.
- Experience with foreign currency _desirable_
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Solid communication and presentations skills and can communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
