As our Communicatons and Change Analyst you'll assist in deploying system, process, people, and culture change within FCTG, Air team. In this role you will work alongside the Change and Program Manager within a dynamic project team, tasked with assisting in the delivery of change and providing change analysis for key project deliverables.

**Day to day**:

- Support the delivery of change management activities and deliverables aligned to the FCTG Change Framework
- Work with key stakeholders to facilitate the analysis and review of impacts and business readiness, assisting with the development of change initiatives and associated communications
- Support the development of change management documentation and deliverables, including developing communications (written and digital) and training content (artifacts and media)
- Assist the Change Manager in tracking the successful implementation of change management activities, providing input into stakeholder reporting, and identifying risks and issues and developing appropriate mitigations
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships to support the development and implementation of change activities
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to health and safety and support a diverse and inclusive workplace

**You'll be perfect for the role is you have**:

- Travel reservation, air systems or ticketing system experience (Sabre, Oasis or Amadeus) highly recommended
- Minimum 2 years working within a change, consulting, process improvement or project management experience
- Understanding of change methodologies
- Facilitating workshops and / or training sessions
- Creating and delivering written and digital communications
- Working within a travel organisation
- Tertiary qualifications in Change Management (Prosci, APMG, etc. certifications), related disciplines (Process Improvement, Human
Resources, Communications, Business, etc.), or equivalent
