**About the Role**:

- Collaborate effectively within an educational team, consulting with classroom teachers, the school administration, the support teacher for inclusive education, and the guidance counselor.
- Demonstrate the ability to assist students with specific educational, personal care, and medical requirements.
- Work with students in small groups, individually, or within an inclusive classroom setting.
- Have experience in implementing early years literacy programs.
- Foster positive and respectful relationships with students, thereby encouraging positive behaviours and engagement in learning.

**To be eligible to be considered for this role you will**:

- Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- Have a minimum of a Certificate III or IV in Education Support
- Current First Aid Certificate (or ability to obtain one)
- Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- Have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
