**What You’ll Be Doing**

As a Commercial Effectiveness Associate you will be the first point of contact for the business on field force related data and performance metrics for each of the BU’s MPT / HST/ Pharma. You will provide support and training to the internal stakeholders and help enhance their understanding of data and systems. While working with internal stakeholders you will also work on identifying opportunities to overall improve, simplify, and automate systems, reports and processes.

**Some of the responsibilities that you would be managing are**:

- Preparation of accurate and timely reporting to commercial and business analyst teams.
- Support the quarterly Commercial sales incentive calculations. This will entail: Maintenance of Sales Territory mapping in JDE / Report running and distribution to teams
- Maintain Tableau dashboards and support the simplifying of reporting requirements and meet commercial ongoing needs. As part of simplification, look to eliminate duplicate reporting and create consistent reporting across multiple BU’s.
- Support the Reconcile trace sales and coordinate inclusion of new distributor sales to ensure complete customer reporting and analysis is achieved.
- Preparation of ad hoc customer and internal commercial reporting requirements and supporting development of asset tracking and reporting utilising commercial preferred tool (e.g. Boost).
- Assist Commercial effectiveness and Excellence leaders with reporting and delivery of training as required.
- Develop relationships with key Baxter and Hill-Rom Distributors.
- Support sales teams across both legacy systems I.e. Hill-Rom’s ERP’s, Sales tools and Baxter’s systems such as Boost / JDE / Tableau

- Degree qualified in finance/ commercial or business admin
- 5 years' experience in commercial organisations
- Exposure / experience using Cognos BI tools or mining data
- Experience using Tableau
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent proficiency with Excel spreadsheets
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities
- Experience working with matrix teams
- Knowledge in analytical & dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, Power Query) or a strong aptitude to develop skills
- JDE experience would be beneficial
