**Job Description** About the Role**:
As the **Operations Coordinator**, you will provide support to the Operations team to deliver optimal based weekly field planning. This role provides essential support to the Operations team, enabling effective and optimised weekly field planning. You will play a key role in managing field production plans with a primary focus on merchandising and planograms, balancing coverage capacity and cost, and ensuring the delivery of efficient, high-quality outcomes that benefit both our clients and the business.

A strong enthusiasm for working with data, leveraging Excel to drive insights, a team-oriented attitude and a commitment to continuous learning are vital for this position.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Prep planning for General Merchandising & Planogram management
- Ensuring timelines are met
- Collaborate with State Planners to achieve the best outcomes for program & client KPIs
- Ensure maximum coverage and field travel efficiencies
- Review field opportunities and plan to reduce the gap with Field Operations Managers and State Operations Planners
- Validate field timesheets

**About You**:

- Strong IT skills (MS Office skills especially Excel)
- Ability to adapt to new technology within a short time frame
- Previous field or retail experience will be highly regarded
- Ability to priorities and manage time effectively
- High level of written and oral communication skills
- Result and KPI driven
- Strong attention to detail
