With offices in Melbourne and Sydney, as well as distributorships in all other capital cities and New Zealand, the company provides before and after sales service for not only their revolving doors but all other automatic door equipment.

**The Position**:
As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to both external and internal stakeholders. You will be managing customer inquiries, providing timely and professional support, and contributing to a seamless supply chain operation.
- **This is initially a six-month opportunity with a chance to transition to a permanent role. **_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive customer orders (including projects) from Customers, or internal sales staff and enter the necessary systems to supply equipment and services to customers.
- Prepare Build sheets for production process.
- Coordinate the order status update through the relevant systems in conjunction with other departments.
- Communicate with colleagues, and customers on status of orders.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner. Troubleshoot problems, escalate issues as necessary, and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Assist with inventory task as required. (e.g. Stock Take, Stock Checks, System reconciliation)
- Create purchase orders connected to projects in conjunction with the direct manager and project managers.

**Skills and experience**
- Diploma in Customer Service / Logistics / Manufacturing or similar certification
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment
- Understanding of ERP / IT systems
