**Your opportunity**

Our Technology team plays an essential role within our business supporting our online and physical Westfield destinations through our digital platforms and infrastructure services.

Reporting to the Group Manager CRM and Automation, this role will support the integration and scaling of key technology platforms across Developments, Design and Construction, Asset Management, Facilities/Maintenance, and Businesses, Risk, Life and Safety departments.

In this role as the Technical Product Manager, you will work closely with the Platforms Team responsible for managing CRM and Automation technology stack across the enterprise.

Day to day you will be responsible for:

- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with strategic and operational business objectives.
- Prioritise features and enhancements based on business value, user feedback, and market trends.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
- Use Level 3 process maps to support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Analyse business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Write detailed functional requirements and ensure products meet user needs, compliance requirements, and technical specifications.
- Maintain and enhance existing products to support ongoing operations and ensure they remain fit for purpose.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and business impact.

**What will set you apart from the rest?**

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong technical skills and a strong understanding with CRM and Automation Platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).

You will also have:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in product management within asset management, leasing, or construction technology industries.
- Understanding of real estate, property management, and leasing operations in Australia and New Zealand.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, business processes, and product performance.
