**ABOUT THE ROLE**

CEA currently has an exciting opportunity for an motivated and customer focused individual to join our team as an Inventory Coordinator.

Based at Horningsea Park, you will play a key role in supporting continuous improvement of our supply chain planning processes and tools with the CEA brands.

Whilst continuing to build strong internal and external relationships, as well as delivering the results that allow continued growth within our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory Replenishment (National weekly sea freight re-order and Co-ordinate daily backorders)
- Liaising with overseas OEM’s and Freight Forwarders and Maintaining OEM supersession’s
- Maintaining Inventory price structure (Ensuring MDS reflects manufacturers pricing keeping within CFC expected margins)
- Maintaining parts master including set up - creation of New part numbers within MDS, Update MDS with supplier updates, where required
- Production and analysis of KPI reports to identify areas for improvement
- Co-ordinating Parts Returns to OEM
- Keep national inventory within business forecast requirements
- Parts Inventory Policy implementation
- Be accountable for inventory and service level targets
- Support with analysis for decision taking and presentation by Management

**Role Requirements**:

- Some experience in a supply chain related function (new Graduates will also be considered)
- MRP/ERP & Excel skills
- Industry and/or spare parts experience desirable
- Attention to accuracy and detail
- Customer Service focus
- Ability to organise and prioritise work
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Conformance to quality systems, processes and procedures
