We are looking for a Barista to join our Café team.

Must have the following qualities:

- a high regard for customers and their experience with the brand
- finds ease in engaging customers through friendly rapport, even in high pressure situations.
- have the ability to thrive under pressure and to remain calm.
- with min 1 years’ experience in coffee
- experience using a wide range of equipment including La Marzocco etc.
- a desire to continuously learn, grow and progress with the company and industry.
- a team player who is happy to jump in and help in other areas of the café as required.

**Salary**: $22.14 - $36.12 per hour

Schedule:

- Rotating roster

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- BELROSE, NSW 2085: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
