**The Consultancy**
A privately owned consultancy with multiple offices across Australia and 50 years of successful trading history with a focus on environment, planning and surveying.
**The Role**
The Melbourne office is looking for a Lead or Principal Environmental Consultant to act as project director on a diverse range of projects, manage a small team and also roll their sleeves up and get involved in the delivery of projects. These projects come from a loyal clientele across a number of sectors; retail petroleum, industrial, utilities, defence and transport.
**The Requirements**
- At least 10 years working on contaminated land projects in Australia
- A "client-centric" attitude and the personality to further develop long term professional relationships
- A proven track record in mentoring and progressing more junior team members
