**Our Client**

**Job Opportunity**

This role will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager and will be accountable for managing sales contracts documentation while prioritising customer service excellence.

In addition, they will oversee administrative tasks, reporting, and processes that support the success of the business.

This role is a Maternity Leave backfill position and requires a full-time commitment with a 12-month maximum term contract. The job will be based in Perth CBD.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing administrative support for the production of sales-related documents and ensuring sales contracts are progressed in conjunction with the external law firm and project team.
- Proactively ensure project deliverables are achieved by engaging with customers, internal stakeholders, and external service providers by tracking all new sales, administering deposits, and coordinating with external agents, lawyers, and settlement agents to coordinate contracts through to settlement.
- Accurately enters, files, and maintains any database information and Power of Attorney register and ensures any invoices, insurances, refunds, and deposits are processed accordingly.
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of reports and undertake other administrative support that further enables operational activities.

**About You**

In addition, you will be able to work autonomously and demonstrate effective communication skills to progress sales and contract processes to achieve project-related sales targets and where required quickly gain a sound knowledge of processes and projects.
