This role sits within the NSW Telco Authority, Enterprise Business Operations (EBO) team, within ePMO Portfolio Management

**About the team**:
An exciting ongoing opportunity has arisen for a Manager Portfolio to join the NSW Telco Authority. The role sits within the enterprise Portfolio Management Office in the Enterprise Business Operations

You will be joining a friendly, fast-paced, dynamic and diverse team who is passionate about keeping people and places safe.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Continue to progress and improve the organisation’s portfolio function to support the optimal delivery of a wide-ranging portfolio of initiatives, supported by analysis of data and trends
- Work enterprise-wide to develop a consolidated delivery plan and schedule for the portfolio of initiatives, taking into consideration interdependencies, sequencing and initiative priority
- Leverage your expertise to implement and maintain “best-in-class" project management office deliverables and governance, including (but not limited to): project resourcing, financials management, documentation, RAID oversight and benefits monitoring, tracking and realisation
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships while supporting delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle

**To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate**:

- Experience in leading and motivating a team, particularly providing guidance across all phases of the project lifecycle and project management methodology
- Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships at strategic and operational levels
- That you are a positive, dynamic individual able to work across organisational boundaries to implement change
- Customer focus and be detail oriented
- A willingness to learn, continually upskill and mentor team members
