**Our Client**
Our client is an award-winning boutique agency, that now has a rare opportunity to join their team in a leadership position working closely with the Directors. **The Position**
- Overseeing a team portfolio of circa 450 x properties overall with a view to reach 500
- Managing your own very small portfolio of no more than 40 x properties so you're in the trenches with your team (with full support)
- Guide, mentor, and develop a team of 6-7 in the Property Management department
- Manage client relationships with landlords and deal with escalated issues
- Streamline processes and procedures within the department
- Conduct team meetings, one-on-one's and performance reviews to ensure the team is operating at the highest level
- Manage best practice to ensure the property management department is fully compliant

**The Criteria**
- A strong background in property management as a Department Head/Team Leader
- Current WA Certificate of Registration
- Proven people management experience and the ability to lead by example and motivate a team
- Good knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- A first-class communicator with a professional demeanour who can resolve conflict
- Strong work ethic and top-notch problem-solving skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
- A desire to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty
