**Group Hotel Analytics Manager**

**Position summary**

Crown, a leader in the hospitality and entertainment industry, is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Group Hotel Analytics Manager to join our Enterprise Analytics team. As the Group Hotel Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing insightful reporting and initiatives for business improvement, contributing to revenue generation and cost efficiencies that elevate the overall customer experience at Crown.
- Drive data-driven insights and recommendations for revenue growth and efficiency.
- Develop processes for robust analytics and reporting pipelines.
- Create an enterprise analytics function with a focus on statistical methodology.
- Provide insights for analytical, reporting, and business planning needs.
- Identify opportunities for strategic decision-making.
- Implement effective strategies through insightful reporting and analysis.
- Deliver reports for marketing and key business units.
- Contribute to achieving the annual budget for Hotel operations.
- Engage with Finance Managers and advocate for hotel business units.
- Analyze potential revenue diversification, assessing associated risks.
- Conduct ongoing performance analysis, recommending changes for increased revenues.
- Foster a proactive approach to generating analytics, insights, and industry-standard solutions.

**About you and the key skills required**:

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Finance, Commerce, etc).
- Hospitality experience
- Proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, R, Cognos, and/or Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc).
- Proven ability to lead a team across the business and work with senior leaders.
