We are looking for someone that enjoys investigating and problem solving. Do you have an inquiring mind that is great with numbers?

This role is based in Mandurah and includes a range of accounts and stock control duties working within a well-structured and supportive team.

This is a permanent part time position, offering 30 hours a week from 8.30am to 4.30, four days per week (Mon, Tues, Wed & Fri). Once a month you will be required to work Thursdays to assist with the end of month cycle and stocktakes. Occasional public holiday work (approx 3-4) is required throughout the year.

**What are the weekly role responsibilities?**
- Stocktakes and Stock Control
- End to end Accounts Payable
- Weekly ingredients ordering
- Banking and petty cash
- Adhoc financial processing and routine administration.

**The successful person will be working in a well-organised, fast-paced office and have**:

- Excellent investigative skills and an eye for detail
- 3+ years of end to end Accounts payable experience
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
- Strong time management skills and a systematic approach to work
- Ability to work at a fast pace and be able to manage multiple tasks successfully
- Great communication skills
- Valid driver’s licence
- Desirable experience: experience managing inventory and stock control systems; Sysnet/H&L software; MYOB

The Miami Bakehouse Group has been operating for more than 18 years and is a leading food manufacturer operating across 7 sites. Our central baking facility and head office supplies our six retail businesses across WA’s southwest.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
