**The Position**
- Complete all records and paperwork correctly, as directed and required by CWY, law and regulators.
- Ensure safe work practices and adherence to policies and procedures including Absolutes and Lifesaving Rules as well as reporting of unsafe practices and potential and actual incidents.
- Undertake any other duties, accountabilities and responsibilities as directed
- Provide a high level of customer service, prepare customer quotes, and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
- Comply with the systems and standards set when dealing with internal and external customers.
- Perform maintenance and/or safety checks on vehicle and/or equipment and non-technical truck inspections as and when required.
- Provide relief on vehicles and/or equipment as required
- Operate computerized systems and other work related systems
- Awareness of decisions made in this role on a daily basis and how they contribute to the branch collective performance. Route / service efficiency, team work, superior customer service, timely reporting of issues and sharing growth opportunities are all examples of how it is contributing to positive financial performance.

**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Experience in stock control and inward and outward good processes
- Leadership/team work capabilities
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Front End Loader and Excavator licences (desirable)
- Mechanical aptitude
- Computer skills in MS office and operational/site databases
- Current Driver’s license
