This is your opportunity to join carsales as a Client Contact Centre Consultant within our Dealer Services team. You will assist and engage with our customers by providing both general and technical support to our Dealers, Performance Managers, and Business Development Managers. You will also have ownership of account managing a small portfolio of clients.
This is a great opportunity for someone to take the next step in their customer service career and gain account manager experience

**Job Description**:
**What you’ll do**
- Develop and support solutions that deliver appropriate advice and product information to all dealer enquiries that you receive in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage a small portfolio of clients through supporting and maintaining existing accounts, track performance and ensure that our clients are receiving the best return on investment.
- Demonstrate understanding, motivations and expertise in meeting KPIs.
**Qualifications**:
**What we’re looking for?**
- Previous experience providing technical support in a call centre role.
- You are a confident communicator who can build sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn and gain experience in account management.
- Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously).
