A medical company is on the hunt for a go-getting Social Media Content Creator and Videographer to join their team in Perth. In this role, the successful applicant will work to enhance the profile and brand of the Company and produce and self project manage the successful delivery of video content. They will develop compelling digital content for multiple online platforms and liaise with internal stakeholders to build capacity to contribute to the development/production of video content.

**A Day In The Life Of This Social Media Content Creator and Videographer**:

- Design and deliver best practice social and digital media content and implementation plans.
- Generate creative/innovative video content.
- Producing high-quality corporate videos.
- Editing video recordings.
- Manage the company’s image library and keep it up-to-date.
- Follow and keep up with trends, social and digital media best practises and technologies.
- Liaise closely and build positive relationships with staff at various levels to facilitate the efficient production of communications content, delivering high levels of client service.
- Develop new content and ensure content is contemporary, appropriate for the platform, meets accessibility requirements and is user-focused.
- Review, edit and approve all content before it is published.
- Assist with implementation of broad strategic and operational communications and work with the team to ensure an integrated communications and marketing approach.

This position also provides you with the opportunity to work from home, with flexible start and finish times.

**What You’ll Need To Succeed**:

- 2 years minimum experience in video production.
- Demonstrated ability with photography and multimedia capture and production for the web, including photos, graphic design, video, animation and audio.
- Capability and confidence in following design briefs.
- Exceptional communication and time management skills.
- A demonstrated ability to understand and support strategic organisational goals and exercise initiative, judgement and creativity in the execution of tasks and projects.
- Demonstrated organisation and project management skills with the ability to produce high quality work within tight timeframes.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships internally and with contractors and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written communication skills with a particular focus on digital content.

This is a full-time position. However, we’re open to making this, for the right applicants, the potential for flexible hours too.

This role is based predominantly in our centrally-located office, with occasional travel to job sites across Perth.
