An exciting opportunity has become available for **a Centre Manager **to join the team at our **Genius, Cranbourne**

Genius Childcare is excited to soon open our **Brand New Centre located in Cranbourne**. We are looking for a Centre Manager at our Cranbourne Centre who will work together with the team to build a welcoming community environment within our service.

**Your new centre**:
Genius Childcare Cranbourne is conveniently located just off Evans Road with public transport only a couple of minutes walk from the centre.

Our brand new Cranbourne centre has been purpose built and includes a library and large outdoor play spaces with a bike track and a fort.

The modern indoor space is bright and filled with light to create an inspiring learning environment. Filled with resources to support the children’s development, the classrooms are like a home away from home.

**Your new role**:

- Be responsible for managing the operations of the centre, ensuring your centre complies with the standards set out by the NQF
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team using the Genius Learning Management System to ensure all our staff provide the highest quality learning and care for the children under our care
- Build strong relationships with families and the community. Manage open days, centre tours and orientation that will help your centre actively attract, convert and retain families.
- Work with your educators to ensure your team is providing a quality program that evolving to meet the highest standards

**What YOU need**:

- Diploma-level or above Early Childhood qualification (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong leadership skills and knowledge within the Childcare industry
- Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
- Previous experience with administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training
- Experience managing a budget for and Early Years Education Centre
- Experience in working in a new centre during opening stages (preferred but not essential)
