**Overview**

Join our team at YNLHN Mental Health. We're looking for an Administration Officer to provide quality, timely and confidential administrative support delivery of projects, programs and services within the multi-disciplinary Mental Health team. Key responsibilities are:

- Provide administrative support for projects, programs, and services
- Assist with word processing and record management
- Liaise with stakeholders and respond to queries
- Coordinate appointments and manage correspondence
- Arrange travel and maintain office supplies.

**Essential Criteria**
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and with diverse stakeholders
- Empathy for individuals with mental illness and commitment to consumer needs
- Experience in administration and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to engage with Aboriginal communities respectfully.
