As the
Multi Skilled Administration Officer, you will be responsible for high-quality customer service achieved through effective administration for the community including but not limited to: sales of power cards, gas, fuel and postal services.


  • Certificate III in Business Administration and or previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Customer Service skills
  • High level of attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to plan, manage and prioritise workloads
  • The ability to be culturally responsive, by demonstrating an understanding of the issues affecting Torres Strait Islander people and communicating with sensitivity and effectiveness.
