**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Make a real impact to our clients lives by providing the best laser tattoo removal experience from the time they call our 1300 number to the time they step into a studio for their consultations.
- Convert warm leads to consultations and assist our studio teams with providing a best in service, client experience.
- Full-time role working Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday (weekend rates will apply)
- Contact Centre Environment - Inbound, Outbound & Retention Management
- Hybrid role - weekdays within our Head Office in Cremorne, VIC 3121, weekends WFH
Our Sales Specialists (Tattoo Removal Consultants) are vital members of the business - driving consultative sales, educating new clients and delivering an unmatched service as new clients come to us to begin their removal or fading journey.
As part of our expert Contact Centre team, this role will look after warm sales leads and follow-up with potential clients who have not purchased from Removery in the past, in addition to showcasing excitement around community outreach to generate as much interest in our service as possible. From there, your primary responsibilities include delivering a warm, engaging consultative client experience to our clients over the phone, educating them on the tattoo removal process from start to finish, working in partnership with our studio teams, and completing other administrative-related tasks required for business operations.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Build relationships and rapport with potential clients over the telephone and through web communications, delivering a "5-Star" customer experience consistently as an individual contributor and as a Contact Centre team member
- Schedule and confirm consultation appointments via inbound and outbound calls
- Conduct consultations with new clients and close sales by building strong rapport, demonstrating ethical sales practices, educating, and showcasing the value we offer.
- Communicate realistic removal expectations and treatment process and features to potential clients
- Overcome obstacles that prevent sales and deal with objections (with training)
- Identify opportunities and build relationships between individuals, teams, departments, units, or organisations to help achieve business goals
- Clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
- Work closely with the studio teams to maximise any sales opportunities, minimise refunds and appropriately handle client complaints
- Manage the follow-up process in partnership with our studio and marketing teams by communicating with clients who have expressed an interest in tattoo removal or fading
- Leverage tools, reports, and resources to maximize sales results
- Develop and nurture tattoo artist relationships in the local community and engage artists in the Removery artist community initiatives
- Additional duties and responsibilities, as required for the success of the brand

- Comfortable, confident and competent in conducting client consultations via phone and selling our services
- Strong connectivity and understanding of client needs, with exceptional client experience standards
- Highly motivated, top sales performer, with a proven track record in negotiation and overcoming objections in a consultative sales environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and passionate about helping people
