**About the Role**:
As our Construction Supervisor you will manage a portfolio of residential home builds, end to end. This role will focus on driving efficiencies, safety, quality and relationships with our trade and suppliers.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Day to day management of sites, including management of trades and suppliers
- Completion of all documentation and general administration relating to the build
- Develop ongoing working relationships with trades
- Ensure homes are built within the set time frames and budget allocated
- Enforce and adhere to WH&S regulations and building practices
- Develop positive customer relationships, including addressing any concerns or complaints
- Undertake regular site inspections, tracking progress and quality standards for each build

**What you will bring**:

- Experience supervising residential construction preferred
- A strong trade background
- Sound knowledge of Australian building regulations, WH&S regulations, and QA systems
- Ideally you’ll have your building work supervisors license
- Have a full driver’s licence
- Project management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of people
- Strong time management skills
- Strong IT and administration skills
- Experience leading and managing a team
