**Payroll and HR Administrator - one-month temporary role with the possibility of extensions**

The role will be a mix of Payroll and HRno day will be the same. You will be working alongside the National HR & Payroll Manager at the Head Office in Braeside.

Your day will include:

- Assisting with the end-to-end process of the fortnightly and monthly payroll function for around 250+ employees through MicrOPay
- Helping to prepare all necessary compliance lodgments for STP, payroll tax, superannuation & Work Cover
- Assist with the preparation of monthly payroll reporting
- New employee set up and updating of all personnel records
- Supporting the National HR and Payroll Manager with day-to-day operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance and learning and development.
- You will also be the first point of contact for any Payroll/HR queries

You will:

- Have an understanding of employment legislation
- Be able to build and maintain strong and effective relationships at all levels
- High organisational skills, with strong attention to detail, a proactive approach and embracing continuous improvement
- Be able to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in payroll process
