This charismatic & hearty venue is currently looking for a dedicated and energetic **Food & Beverage Supervisor** to join the team and take the next step in their hospitality career.

Reporting directly to the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be required to provide hands on support to the front of house team, have excellent food and beverage knowledge, support the efficient operation of the high volume service environment and provide optimum customer service to all guests.

**What you need**:

- Demonstrated supervisory/leadership experience, preferable in a similar style style venue/restaurant
- Passion for the hospitality industry, demonstrated with sound product knowledge
- Excellence in delivering exceptional customer service aligned to 5-star brand standards
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced establishment
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with all guests
- Exceptional grooming standards
- Leadership qualities, to motivate and coach staff
- Basic understanding of financials such as COGs and labour costs, preferred but not essential
