**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Moët Hennessy Australia & New Zealand has an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Brand Activation Manager** to join our Spirits Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Spirits, this position is responsible for:

- Leading, developing and executing the BTL program for allocated brands in partnership with Brand Managers for target occasions across off-premise, e-retail & on-premise channels
- Liaising with customers to deliver activations in full, on time and within budget
- Partnering with brand teams to secure merchandise and creative assets for activation campaigns and other customer marketing requirements
- Developing relevant activation platforms and programs leveraging key category and shopper insights
- Providing detailed analysis and regular reporting on channel activations to assist in managing ROI and share key learnings with the broader business
- Managing relevant activation campaign budgets and maintain strong A&P tracking methods to allow accurate delivery of the assigned budget
- Managing 3rd party agencies in the execution and representation of the brands, in accordance with brand guidelines and positioning
- Assisting in the preparation and implementation of the relevant Brand Plans and Maison Business Reviews
- Building strong relationships and managing communications with states sales teams and key account managers to ensure the core brand strategies are translated into optimal activation solutions

To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and experience:

- You will have at least 5 years’ marketing experience in a similar role
- Strong previous experience in spirits or wines industry
- Wines & Spirits product knowledge and market understanding
- Excellent and strong understanding of luxury marketing
- Proactive with the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Someone with a customer service experience
- A successful track record in below-the-line execution
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Exposure to the sales environment
