A new role for an experience Sales and Customer Service Representative to join a large Scaffolding business in Sydney. This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in driving the business forward by effectively managing sales inquiries, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring their needs are met at every step of the process. They are a professional business who provide top-quality construction solutions to clients, ensuring their projects are conducted efficiently and prioritise the safety and well-being of employees and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale support.
- Actively promote scaffolding products and hire services, understanding customer requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery and installation of scaffolding equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the construction or scaffolding industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of scaffolding systems and construction practices.
