**An excellent opportunity has arisen in a Leading Underwriting Organisation for a Sales & Service Consultant.**
With offices in Sydney, Parramatta, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Townsville, Darwin, Albury, and Newcastle, GT Insurance provides insurance solutions tailored for the transport and heavy motor industry in Australia. We have an exciting opportunity for the role of Sales and Service Consultant based in our Brisbane or Sydney office. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional who can leverage their industry knowledge, skills, and experience to make a meaningful impact on our business's success.
Reporting to the Commercial Packages Customer Manager, you will provide your expertise that continues the ongoing growth of the business, whilst providing a high level of customer service to clients.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Quoting new business opportunities, re-rating renewal business and processing of policy endorsements;
- Processing and issuing policy documentation to Brokers;
- Provide a high level of customer service to our Brokers;
- Effectively manage time to ensure multiple tasks are completed within time-frames.
To be considered for this specialised role you will have the ability to make sound business decisions, be highly motivated and driven to achieve goals, have a strong client service focus with a professional and courteous phone manner, maintain a high level of attention to detail as well as possess strong communication skills.
